Swimmers usually share 15/15 until both might be in the pool at the same time. They learn from watching their sibling. Parents can use the lessons for private lessons without or with the kids. Lesson can be arranged to be 45 or 60 minute lessons.

10 - 30 minute Yoga sessions. Can be one on one with Suzi, or mommy and me, or create a group with friends! Couples partner yoga or even doga. Suzi has been teaching yoga since 2001 after being certified at The Laughing Lotus School of Yoga. Her grandmother taught her yoga as a child. There is no time better than now to start a yoga practice! Learn privately so you feel comfortable entering a studio.
