Suzi knows how to get all 3 swimmers in during the 30-minute session or you can come on different days for yourself. You will see how it always works out. And the kids and parents continue to learn from the side.

15 - 15-minute swim lessons for 6 months to about 4 years old. Coming 2 to 3 times a week is good this summer with a little one.

Private Yoga Lessons

10 - 30 minute Yoga sessions. Can be one on one with Suzi, or mommy and me, or create a group with friends! Couples partner yoga or even doga. Suzi has been teaching yoga since 2001 after being certified at The Laughing Lotus School of Yoga. Her grandmother taught her yoga as a child. There is no time better than now to start a yoga practice! Learn privately so you feel comfortable entering a studio.
